Basement Waterproofing St. Louis MO, found at basementwaterproofingstlouismo.com, passes basement requests from homeowners in St. Louis, MO and parts of St. Louis County to local contractors at no charge. It never works on houses itself. The notes below explain which personal details reach the site and where they go. Effective date: October 10, 2026.
What we receive is what you choose to type: typically a name, an email address, a number for reaching you, a street or neighborhood, and a description of the water problem. We use it for exactly two things. First, it is forwarded to a single independent contractor working near you. Second, it lets us answer a question or correction you send.
No second contractor ever gets your request, and no one buys it from us, because we don't sell or trade personal data. The companies that keep the site online and carry form messages can see the details while doing that job. Beyond that, we hand information over only when a court order, subpoena or law compels it.
Each form request sits with the site's hosting provider for one reason, getting it to one contractor, and is erased 90 days after it arrives.
Our server may jot down routine visit data, for instance the browser you use, the pages you read and the link that brought you. If you block cookies, every page still loads.
Whatever you tell the contractor directly falls under that firm's own privacy rules, not ours. Children under 13 shouldn't use the site; we don't knowingly keep anything about them. Want a copy of your details, a correction or a deletion? Ask through the contact form. If this policy changes, the new version and its date will appear on this page. Missouri law applies to this policy.
